LAKSA KEDAH

Hello my lovely reader's,

So i'm gonna share what i do last Chinese New Year holiday, I came back home to my hometown at Kedah and surprisingly I found my favourite local food. It is Laksa Kedah!!! Laksa in our country has different type of version which is follow-up with the state's that we live.  Not all laksa are created equal but the homemade version must surely rank amongs the best.

This time I want to share to the reader's how to make this delicious Laksa! Let's  make it. It is really tasty!

StEP BY STEP
So let's started with the main ingredients that we need:-

400 g ikan kembung
200 g dried laksa noodles
10 g shrimp paste (belacan)
3 large slices tamarind apple (asam keping)

• 75 ml water
• 2 torch ginger buds (bunga kantan)
• 1 bunch daun kesum
• 100 g shallots
• 1 cucumber
• 1 onion
• 3 limes 
• 1 small bunch ulam raja

LAKSA JOHOR

Hello! friends,

I want to suggest to all of you the famous dish at Johor. It is laksa johor guys! Look at this so delicious right .It is a unique dishes and different laksa with other state and has an interesting story behind it.

This laksa johor style like curry noodles but consists of spaghetti, drenched in traditional malay style kuah, made with fish paste,chilies to feels more spicy and mix of fresh vegetable like cucumber. The result is an interesting with combination of textures. Behind of sweet, tangy ,spicy and savoury flavour.

Laksa johor is an inspiration by bolognese spaghetti. It is unique maybe, but laksa johor is actually not that officially beyond at johor. It saldom found in stalls or restaurants, because it is difficult to make a good bowl of laksa johor. We need to learn how to do a perfect texture of laksa johor and there are many ingredients and skill required in preparing this food. Not everyone can make taste of the original laksa johor. If you all want to tasty the delicious and real laksa johor,you must come and visit Johor.

Actually, my first time tasty laksa johor from my friend's mother and i thought this dishes very weird.  She made it a laksa johor for my class dinner time form two. Many of my friends ate this food and i tried to ate laksa johor too. Wow!!! Its so delicious you all, im not imagin that i can finished this food until empty container. Now, i know  why laksa johor very famous and many people are interested.
