LAKSA KEDAH

Hello my lovely reader's,

So i'm gonna share what i do last Chinese New Year holiday, I came back home to my hometown at Kedah and surprisingly I found my favourite local food. It is Laksa Kedah!!! Laksa in our country has different type of version which is follow-up with the state's that we live.  Not all laksa are created equal but the homemade version must surely rank amongs the best.

This time I want to share to the reader's how to make this delicious Laksa! Let's  make it. It is really tasty!




StEP BY STEP
So let's started with the main ingredients that we need:-

400 g ikan kembung
200 g dried laksa noodles
10 g shrimp paste (belacan)
3 large slices tamarind apple (asam keping)
  • 75 ml water
  • 2 torch ginger buds (bunga kantan)
  • 1 bunch daun kesum
  • 100 g shallots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 3 limes 
  • 1 small bunch ulam raja
