LONTONG DARAT

Hello guys, 

Wallllaaaaa...today i want show you next popular dish in Johor. This dish they called lontong darat guys. In your mind, that you think lontong being a malay  festive (hari raya) time. But difference with Johor culture, they are eat lontong in the morning for take a breakfast. Lontong darat very different with other lontong because lontong darat didn't have kuah.

 Lontong darat is not to eat with kuah .

Johor makes the best lontong darat in the country, or so they'll have you believe. Lontong darat is a breakfast meal of nasi impit, a potpourri of vegetables (long beans, leak, potatoes) and a piece of chicken rendang. This dish is then doused with a generous amount of peanut sauce. Its a pleasure to use the nasi impit to wipe the gravy from the plate before devouring it. The texture and flavors of lontong darat makes it an ideal breakfast.

Furthermore, lontong darat also are very simple and healthy food because the ingredients fulled of vegetables and protein. For diet person can take this dish because lontong darat is a balance food. There also can take for lunch who want to eat break time. This dish very easy to prepare because lontong darat didn't have kuah and can take away to home or office. Actually, i got chance to tasty this lontong darat at Hutan Bandar in Johor because there are had the best lontong darat in the world. Why i say like that??? Every morning, this place will fulled of people want breakfast here and of course some people take lontong darat for their breakfast. I tell the true to you alls that lontong darat is very nice and different tasty with others lontong.

But the way, every person have different taste want eat lontong darat or usual lontong in Malaysia with kuah. Suit yourself to choose which one you want to tasty of lontong. I decide to you alls must try lontong darat because didn't got any place just in Johor only. For those want to taste lontong darat, i recommend to you alls come Hutan Bandar and try it this dish.
